Mr. Peter Malone Executive Chairman

Mr. Malone has over 30 years of experience in global capital markets and has been responsible for raising over A$100 million for technology development companies. He has a proven track record in developing and managing technology development programs from idea to reality. A former CEO of listed companies, he holds a master’s degree from UWA and has taught and consulted in Australia, the United States, Europe and Asia in business and management. Mr. Malone is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company and is its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Phil Giglia General Secretary

Mr. Giglia is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in management positions, with strong expertise in the small and medium business sector. Mr. Giglia worked for the world’s leading accounting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1985 to 1991. He is a director of the Perth accounting firm, Giglia & Associates, is also a director of Global Marine Enclosures PL. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Western Australia. Institute of Technology, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia/NZ.

Mr. Lee Christensen Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr. Christensen is the Principal of CX Law, a progressive law firm in Perth, Western Australia. He has over 30 years of experience as an attorney and barrister in corporate and commercial law, in particular restructuring and solvency, and ASX and ASIC regulatory matters. He is also Chairman of ASX listed company Titanium Sands Limited. Mr. Christensen holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and was previously a partner at Gadens in Perth.
